Minimum Passenger Requirement:
A minimum of two passengers is required for a flight.Single passengers will be combined with other booked guests. We are unable to fly just one passenger alone unless booking a private flight.
Weight and Weather Considerations:
Ballooning is a weather-oriented sport. Temperature and combined passenger weight affect performance and safety.bWe require the combined passenger weight at booking to ensure safe flight planning for that time of year. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather — when Mother Nature speaks, we listen.
When We Fly:
Flights operate year-round, 7 days a week.
Balloons can fly only within 2 hours after sunrise or 2 hours before sunset.
Morning flights are strongly recommended.
If winds exceed 8 MPH, we cannot fly.
Flights will be canceled if there are thunderstorms, weather fronts, turbulence, or excessive heat
Safety is always our number one priority.
How Long Is the Experience?
Plan for approximately 3 hours total from meeting time to final toast.
Your experience includes:
Weather check & launch site selection
Balloon inflation (approximately 20 minutes)
45–60 minute flight
Landing & pack up
Return for a traditional celebratory toast
Complimentary photos from your flight will be downloaded directly to your smartphone.
What to Wear:
Dress for outdoor conditions
Closed-toe shoes (landings vary)
Sunglasses
Bring your camera
And most importantly — bring a smile.
Physical Requirements:
Minimum age: 7 years old
Passengers must be able to climb into the basket
Guests should be in reasonably good physical condition
Cancellation Policy:
If we must cancel due to weather, there is no penalty. If passengers cancel:
50% cancellation fee within 3 days of flight
100% fee for same-day cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible as a courtesy.
